Techman16 (October 25, 1987), also known by his alias "The Mad Hatter," was once a Project Leader at KazeNoKoeFansubs. He discovered the world of fansubbing thanks to Detective Conan and is an unknown member of the fansubbing community that slides under the radar to avoid detection. Currently, he is a Project Leader, Distro Coordinator, and the Lead Encoder at DCTP (The Detective Conan Translation Project), a massive conglomeration of nearly all major Detective Conan-centric fansubbing groups. He also founded AtavusFansubs in 2007, and is one of the primary members of MinorJaNai.
