martino (1989) is the founder of Guardian Project (and the encoder), a single project group. Mainly encoder, but doesn't mind stepping into the AFX department with his n00b skills when they're needed. Generally he doesn't like working on oversubbed series, but is willing to help out on "left-out" series. Anti-hardsub, anti-AVI campaigner and Xvid avoider, as well as a frequent user of Matroska's segment linking features.
