FansubWiki has devoted an area where fansubbers can submit programs used in fansubbing to be preserved/archived here as a resource for future fansubbers trying to get started.
Fansubbers who know the upload password can submit a file on to the page's upload list. If you know the password and want to add to the archive, please click here for the upload form. The site only accepts ZIP/RAR files under 20MB (.exe files are not supported). Once uploaded, you can link to it by setting it as an attachment on this site (e.g., (Attach:program.zip)) in the appropriate section. "Attach" must be in capital letters and the filename referred to is case sensitive.
